Terri-Ann has over 18 years of experience in research, policy and programme formulation in international development, regionalism and youth participation in labour markets, justice systems and governance processes. She has worked in project management and political advisory roles with the Governments of Canada and Jamaica; and served as advisor to the United Nations, Commonwealth Secretariat, CARICOM Secretariat and the Caribbean Regional Youth Council (CRYC).
