I am currently a Research Administrative Officer (RAO) at The University of the West Indies, Mona, where I support researchers in preparing, submitting, and managing grant proposals. My role involves close collaboration with faculty Research Administrators and researchers, including both academics and students, to ensure research proposals and projects comply with funding agency regulations and UWI policies. This position is pivotal to securing external funding, which advances UWI-Mona’s research mission.
With extensive experience in project development as both a grant writer and project manager, I bring a comprehensive understanding of proposal development complexities, crafting effective strategies and solutions that contribute to impactful initiatives.
