Dr. Primus is the Engineering Faculty Liaison Librarian at the School of Education, The UWI, St. Augustine Campus. She holds an Ed.D. in Instructional Technology and Distance Education from Nova Southeastern University, Ft. Lauderdale, Florida and an M.Sc. in Library and Information Studies along with Certification in Educational Media. Her B.Sc. is in Elementary Education . Her publications and presentations include a focus on integration of ICT into the higher education sector, distance learning library services, and professional development of school library staff.
