Kegan Jones is a Lecturer in Animal Science. His current responsiblities include teaching at the undergraduate and postgraduate level in the School of Veterinary Medicine and the Department of Food Production. His research interests are Neo-tropical animal production (domestic and non-domestic), non-conventional feed resources as a sustainable source of animal feed and the effects of climate change on animal performance. His academic qualifications include Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (D.V.M. Hons.) 2014, Masters of Science (M.Sc.) in Animal Production (2017) and Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Livesotck Science (2022). He further improved his teaching expertise by obtaining a certificate in univerisity teaching and learning (CUTL) in 2023.
