The teaching of English in a creole-speaking environment (joint with Dr Yewande Lewis-Fokum, PhD candidate Sashann Dixon, and Dr Michele Kennedy., Topics in Creole Linguistics, especially the historical emergence of creole languages and their formal properties, in particular Berbice Dutch, Papiamentu, and Jamaican Creole.
