Bheshem Ramlal is a Senior Lectuer in Geoinformatics and Geomatics Engineering at the Department of Geomatics Engineering and Land Management at the University of the West Indies. His research is focused on the design, development and implementation of Geospatial Knowledge Infrastructures, GeoSpatial Data Quality, Data Curation, and Legal and Policiy Issues with respect to Geospatial Data for the Caribbean.
