Dr Sunil Lalloo is a Chartered Surveyor and Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). He is currently a Lecturer in the Department of Geomatics Engineering and Land Management, UWI. Sunil has worked as a Regional Consultant in Land Tenure in the Caribbean and his research interests are focused on Social Tenures in Land as well as the valuation of historic buildings and heritage sites. He specialised in the valuation of commercial and special purpose properties, having conducted appraisals of commercial office buildings, shopping malls, hotels and gas stations.
