Review Major Hotel Group in Barbados and St. Lucia

Review and analysis of the current structure of a major hotel group in Barbados and St. Lucia with the objectives of providing advice on simplifying intra-group transactions, centralising key group activities and un-winding intra-group debt. These objectives were carried out in three (3) phases over a six month period.
