Elected member to the Board of Directors and also served on the Credit Committee, in which we were jointly responsible for accounting to the stakeholders for the organization's performance and governing the organization by establishing policies and objectives, while maintaining shareholder confidence and the Organization’s profitability in a transparent manner. Prior to becoming a Director, I was an IT consultant for over ten (10) years, contributed to the development of several databases, particularly in the loans department, and more notably has designed and managed the first website and email system for the Association.
